Digital product purchases

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final once Payhip provides the download page, subject to the duplicate-charge and delivery-problem exceptions below.

Duplicate charges and delivery problems

If you were charged more than once, received a corrupted file, or cannot access the download you purchased, use the official Payhip contact form. Include the purchasing email and order details, but never send full payment-card information.

No outcome guarantee

Refunds are not based on a guaranteed grade, income result, employment result, certification, permanent feature availability, or a promise that ChatGPT will produce perfect answers.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law gives you additional cancellation or refund rights, those rights control.
