Refund Policy

Because this is a digital course, buyers may receive access immediately after purchase. Once files, videos, or course materials have been delivered, refunds may be limited unless required by law or unless a separate checkout policy says otherwise.

If a buyer accidentally purchases twice, cannot access the files, or does not receive the delivery email, the issue should be reviewed using the checkout receipt and delivery records from Payhip or the relevant provider.

The course teaches setup principles and practical workflows. It does not guarantee perfect AI answers, grades, job outcomes, business revenue, or any specific financial result.

If Payhip or another checkout provider handles the transaction, that provider’s policies, dispute process, and delivery logs may also apply.
